Coliving is about sharing space and expenses while living in a spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood in the city with like-minded people. At least that’s what it means to us. Our apartments are modern and have the highest levels of insulation and energy efficiency labels. The energy we use to heat the apartments is electric which is cheaper and much better for the environment.
Dam Coliving also actively looks for and works toward having a community of like-minded people. This effectively means people in their mid-twenties to early thirties, with a full-time job.
What job do you ask? Well, we kind of have everything in our community – nurses, veterinarians, and software developers are amongst our community.
What Coliving is about to us is that time when you are starting to build your life, your career and your mind to prepare for a life of quality, achievement and happiness. That means you gotta have fun but you also have to get to work and build that life.
Our apartments are shared apartments, which means you all live together and share the apartment together.
You can register with the city with your rental agreement. Either online or in person.
Our apartments are shared apartments, which means we only have a maximum of 3 or 4 people per apartment. More than one person per bedroom is unfortunately not possible as we would go over the maximum allowed people per apartment. Of course, it is fine if you have a visitor for a few nights, but please make sure that everyone in the apartment is in agreement.

Coliving saves you money as you share space and costs. Apartment rentals are including all expenses, such as rent, energy, furniture, and service costs. Cleaning and municipal (local) taxes are not included. The costs are divided by the number of people living in the apartment. So you all share like an actual household;)
Dam Coliving actively tries to keep expenses down. Coliving is about a time in your life where you are trying to build your life, trying to live frugal is a big part of that as you build your financial life.
If you have reserved your apartment we are preparing the contract, this also means that we have turned down other candidates. So please do honor your commitment;)
